Grant Township, Benton County, Indiana
Grant Township is one of eleven townships in Benton County, Indiana. As of the 2000 census, its population was 1,142. It was organized in December 1868 and was named for Ulysses Grant.[3]

Grant Township covers an area of 35.9 square miles (93 km2); 0.01 square miles (0.026 km2) (0.03 percent) of this is water.
